We maintain electronic and mechanical spare parts according to the existing Bangladeshi installations and depending on the weather conditions backed up with our 20 years of experience. That certainly minimizes the own inventory dependency of our customers and downtime losses. We even loan out a service part, on emergency, till the already ordered part reaches the site for an eventual exchange. Result: Not a single installation out of 250 is idle at any point of time.
